No more utility fees!

Recently the City Manager proposed another fee, this time on our Pacific Power bill. The argument was to keep the Waterfront project moving forward. The Council went along with it. In September, a new fee is being proposed. 

It can be difficult to challenge the City Manager and staff. I have been there on the School Board. But when the situation calls for it, I will push back on proposals that are not equitable.
